- There will be provision for netting but netting will be done by the allottees as and when necessary at their own cost.

- Concealed wiring with BRB, Paradise Cable or equivalent.
- Single phase main switch with sufficient outlets for domestic equipments.
- M. K. switch of Asian origin or equivalent.
- Provision for Air-conditioning (window) in Living room and Master bed room.
- Dish antenna connection outlet in living & master bed rooms.
- Telephone outlet in Living & Master bed room.
BATHROOM
Italian or equivalent bathtub or bath tray (if desired) for master bath only.
- All bathrooms RAK local ceramic tiles or equivalent for both floor and wall.
- Basin and commode foreign made in Master bath, BISF or equivalent in other bathrooms.
- Other fittings, such as tape, shower, soap case, mirror, etc. shall be local good quality for all bathrooms.
- Master bathrooms with tiles basin top or open pedestal type basin
- Hot and Cold water system with separate plug point for geyser for master bath only. Geyser will be provided by the user when necessary.
